Happy 2nd Birthday

I just have to give praise right now :D!
I just finished up the first day of my second week of school and I it has just been a really wonderful day. And it wasn't because of my classes and it wasn't because of people but because of God. I was dreading starting another week because I wanted to be able to play and do nothing, but I just prayed last night and this morning that God would give me strength and joy for worshiping Him through even those things I don't feel like doing. As always, when I seek to honor Him, God always is faithful in response. Thank you God for giving me joy today!

And as I was walking home thinking about it being my birthday tomorrow. I was thinking about the significance of that day...It's such a milestone, but I really feel like that day that chose to believe, that day I gave my heart into God's hands, that day that I proclaimed Jesus as My Savior...even though I can't put my finger on what day that happened or what moment--whatever day/time it was--THAT is a day fit for celebration and praise and thankfulness. On that day, I was born into freedom, I was adopted and named daughter, child of light. How amazing, how insane!
